TAFE SA invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of a contemporary Student Management Solution (SMS). TAFE SA is the largest vocational education and training provider in South Australia, delivering training and education services to approximately 50,000+ students across metropolitan and regional locations. Through this procurement activity, TAFE SA is seeking to identify capable suppliers that can deliver a modern, scalable, and secure SMS solution that supports the end-to-end student lifecycle, improves operational efficiency, aligns with key outcome themes outlined in the specification and response documentation, and enhances the overall student experience. Through this EOI procurement, TAFE SA seeks to: Established a shortlist of capable and experienced suppliers; Maximise opportunities for the engagement of South Australian and Aboriginal businesses and resources; Inform the development of an internal Business Case and any subsequent procurement phase. Shortlisted supplier(s) will be expected to provide an SMS solution that: Supports the end-to-end student lifecycle through a contemporary, scalable, and secure solution; Enables integration with TAFE SA's existing and future enterprise systems while supporting strong security, privacy, and the meeting of current AVETMISS and future VDS compliance and regulatory requirements; Delivers intuitive, user-centred functionality that improves operational efficiency and enhances student, staff, and administrative outcomes.
