Overview The Local Government Association of South Australia (SA) is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake site remediation works involving the removal of asbestos contaminated material, under LGAP 26026. Scope The scope includes: Site remediation works involving the removal of asbestos contaminated material Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A briefing session will be held for this opportunity. Date: 4 August 2026 Time: 9:00 am Location: 8 Elizabeth Street, Maitland, South Australia, Australia, 5573 All tenderers must initially assemble at the Maitland Office for the briefing presentation. Following this, tenderers will make their own way to inspect the remaining sites in an order provided on the day. The sites to be visited are Ramsay Transfer Station, Marion Bay, Coobowie, and Berry Bay. Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid. A site visit is also a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
