Overview The City of Playford (the Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the delivery of the Minor Stormwater Works Program 2026/27. Scope The works comprise stormwater pipe relining and civil drainage construction at four locations within the Council area. The scope includes: Park Lake Boulevard, Blakeview: relining of approximately 30 m of existing stormwater pipe Olinda Street, Craigmore: replacement of approximately 15 m of existing pipe with new 375 mm pipe, installation of a new junction box, and relining of approximately 100 m of existing stormwater pipe Abercrombie Court, Hillbank: relining of approximately 74 m of existing stormwater pipe, including clearing of obstructions and associated works Dimboola Crescent, Craigmore: alternative pricing required for Option A (relining of the three existing stormwater pipes) and Option B (full replacement with new 375 mm pipes, including modification or replacement of affected pits and reinstatement of kerb, driveway crossovers, pavement and verge) Provision of all labour, materials, plant, traffic management, service locating, reinstatement and associated works necessary to complete the works Council intends to proceed with one treatment option only at Dimboola Crescent. The preferred option will be selected on the basis of cost, constructability, risk, asset outcome and overall value for money. Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in the delivery of stormwater and civil drainage works Responsible for all labour, materials, plant, traffic management, service locating, reinstatement and associated works necessary to complete the works Information Requested Separate lump sum prices for each project component Identification of relevant allowances, including traffic management, service locating, potholing, reinstatement and tree protection Methodology and pricing demonstrating how identified site constraints have been addressed Alternative pricing for Option A and Option B at Dimboola Crescent, Craigmore Instructions to Tenderers Tenders must be lodged electronically via the SA Tenders website.
