Overview The National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager accountable for the end to end delivery, performance and continuous improvement of ICT services across NHMRC. The Role This role is accountable for ICT service performance across NHMRC, including service availability, user experience, and vendor outcomes. The role exercises a high degree of independence, judgement and decision-making in managing service operations, resolving complex issues and balancing competing priorities. The role will involve: Managing ICT service delivery to meet agreed performance, availability and security outcomes Leading service operations, including service desk, incident, problem and change management Leading and managing multidisciplinary ICT teams, including workforce planning, performance management, and capability uplift Driving continuous improvement and service maturity uplift across ITMS Providing expert advice on service delivery and operational risk Enquiries Buyer contact: aidan.chalker@gmail.com
