Scope The scope includes: Customer and membership management Point of sale Direct debit processing Bookings Access control Reporting Inventory management Marketing functions Integration with existing Council systems and facility infrastructure System implementation and data migration Staff training Ongoing support and software upgrades Full lifecycle management of the solution Contract Terms and Conditions Initial contract term of five years, with an optional one-year extension
