Background information / Compatibility requirements Details Contractors appointed to the panel must be appropriately qualified and experienced in parks infrastructure maintenance and are required to perform all works in accordance with best practice industry standards, ensuring the provision of safe, functional and well-maintained public open space assets. Services are to be provided under a Schedule of Rates Contract for the supply of works, services, equipment and materials in accordance with this Specification and the Contract documentation. Likewise Plant - if it is kept at our warehoused at our premises within the Council boundary, but the plant isn't manufactured within the Council boundary, is that considered 100% local? - The second part of our question relates to the Value of Local Content.
