Bendigo Kangan Institute intends to procure for the removal and replacement of the existing roof and associated stormwater infrastructure. The Works are required to address end‑of‑life roof materials, ongoing water ingress and deterioration of stormwater systems, and to ensure compliance with current statutory, safety and performance requirements. The Scope of Works documentation detailing the required works will be provided as part of the Request for Tender (RFT).
