About this tender
AHCM 401 05 UL - Urology Laser PQQ Austin Health is seeking a supplier who can deliver 2x holmiul lasers and 1x Green Light laser, in addition to ongoing service and maintenance for the life of the equipment. The aim of the questionnaire is to : · Identify the number of suppliers in the Australian market · Identify a supply who can offer these types of equipment · Identify a supplier who has demonstrable experience in the Health Sector. Following the evaluation of the PQQ submissions, suitable suppliers maybe shortlisted and invited to respond to a formal Request for Quote (RFQ). Further information on this next market engagement will be shared with these shortlisted suppliers. Note: Suppliers who can provide only one laser type are still encouraged to respond to this PQQ and complete the relevant tab(s) applicable to your offering.
