The scope of works for this project includes: • Site Establishment, Preliminaries, Preparation, Earthworks & site set-out • Disposal of surplus of materials, includes all cartage/haulage and disposal fees & existing tree protection • Supply & installation of specified concrete pavements. gravel paving; specified rock boulders & timber edging • Supply & Installation of park bench seat on concrete pads, planting to garden beds, advanced trees and plants • Supply & installation of organic mulch to garden beds and mulched areas • Supply and installation of instant turf to Grassed Kick-about area • Supply & installation of specified irrigation system, including connection to irrigation mainline and decoder cable & specified drainage pipes and culverts • Supply & Installation of specified Weathering Steel Decked MOS Walk Bridges – including fencing to MOS crossing • Other supplementary works.
