Benalla Health (‘BH’) in partnership with Community Projects (VIC) LATICA (‘CPL’) (‘Parties’) have secured the funding for delivery of the Morrie Evans Wing Residential Aged Care Extension (‘Project’). Benalla Health is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified Building Contractors for the construction of the Morrie Evans Wing Residential Aged Care Extension. The project involves the delivery of a high-quality extension to the existing aged care facility located at 45-63 Coster Street, Benalla, Victoria. The Project will provide 10 additional rooms to the existing aged care accommodation and services in the south eastern corner of the subject site.
