Overview Monash Health is providing advance notice to the market of an upcoming tender for Ambient Scribe and Related Capabilities. Purpose The purpose of this notification is to provide the market with advanced notice of an upcoming Monash Health tender for Ambient Scribe and Related Capabilities. Instructions to Tenderers Indicative Timeline Release of Advanced Tender Notice: 22/10/2026 RFT Release Date: 02/11/2026 End of period for questions or requests for information: 5 working days prior to Tender Closing Time RFT Closing Time: 30/11/2026 Intended completion of shortlisting process: 07/12/2026 Intended completion of evaluation of Tenders: 21/12/2026 Oracle Fusion Registration Interested suppliers will need to register their details in Monash Health's Oracle Fusion Supplier Portal. Suppliers should register before the release of the tender using the Oracle Fusion Supplier Registration link. Suppliers who already hold an Oracle Fusion account for other clients or government departments will still need to register for a new account for Monash Health.
