About this tender
Overview Moira Shire Council is seeking a Tenderer to undertake condition and defect inspections of Council's infrastructure assets to assess asset condition, identify defects and risks, validate asset data, and provide information to support maintenance, renewal and long-term asset management planning. Scope The scope includes: Undertaking condition and defect inspections of Council's infrastructure assets Assessing asset condition and identifying defects and risks Validating asset data Providing information to support maintenance, renewal and long-term asset management planning Tender information covering the services is provided in Appendix A - Specification, which will form part of the Contract documents with the successful Tenderer. Instructions to Tenderers This Request for Tender sets out the general requirements for the goods and/or services and the terms and conditions of submitting a Tender. The Specification and supporting documents can be found under the tender details tab. Schedules are referred to as online forms in Eprocure. To complete a submission, select the Response tab, then select the Online Form icon to view all online forms and questions required to be completed. Tenderers must answer the questions and/or open the blue underlined attachments relating to each question, save and complete them, and upload the submission with any supporting documents. Any further questions or requests for assistance should be lodged through the questions and answers section of the tender. No late, faxed, e-mail or hard copy submissions will be accepted. All submissions must be lodged electronically in Eprocure.
