About this tender

Overview Monash University is establishing an Approved Supplier Panel for the Provision of Quantity Surveyor Services. The panel is intended to provide access to suitably qualified providers capable of delivering quantity surveying and cost management services across a broad range of project types, values and complexities. Scope The services may include, but are not limited to: Capital works projects Major refurbishments and fit outs Feasibility, concept and schematic design cost planning Minor works and maintenance projects Infrastructure and services works Service types include: Cost planning and benchmarking across all project stages Preparation of elemental cost plans, feasibility estimates and life-cycle costing Preparation of bills of quantities, schedules of rates and tender documentation Tender evaluations, price analysis and commercial advice Value engineering and cost optimisation services Assessment of progress claims, variations and final accounts Risk identification, cost risk management and contingency planning Post-contract cost reporting and project financial performance monitoring Tender Briefing A mandatory briefing session will be held via Zoom. Format: Virtual briefing Tenderers are required to provide the full details (name, email address and telephone number) of the person attending the compulsory briefing session to bpdservicestenders@monash.edu on or before 3:00 pm AEST/AEDT on 14 September 2026 in order to receive the Zoom meeting invitation.
