About this tender

Overview Wyndham City Council is inviting tender submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to be included on a civil works panel and to price for the civil construction works known as Program 1 Watton Street, Werribee Streetscape, Stage 2. Scope Works and services will include, but are not limited to: Site establishment Civil earthworks Concreting and paving Kerb and channel and drainage installation Asphalt and line marking Service modification as required Electrical works including the installation of lighting Hard and soft landscaping Establishment and maintenance Contract Terms and Conditions The Civil Works Panel is for a five-year fixed term, with two further one-year options exercisable at Council discretion Instructions to Tenderers The tender package is available for download via the etender portal. Registration on the portal is required, and there is no cost to register. All enquiries relating to the works or services should be directed through the Message Forum established for this tender. Late or emailed tenders will not be accepted. The lowest value or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
