About this tender
Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the provision of cleaning, maintenance, repair and emergency response services for approximately 166 Council-owned Non-Advertising Bus Shelters located throughout the municipal district. The Contractor shall be responsible for undertaking all routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and ad hoc repair services necessary to ensure Bus Shelter assets remain clean, safe, operational and fit for public use throughout the Contract Term. The scope of Services applies only to Council-owned Non-Advertising Bus Shelters identified in Appendix A – Bus Shelter Asset Register. The Bus Shelter assets currently within scope comprise approximately: • 71 JCDecaux Hydra Non-Advertising Bus Shelters • 66 older style Council-owned Non-Advertising Bus Shelters • 30 newer style Council-owned Non-Advertising Bus Shelters
