Overview Colac Otway Shire Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) 2718-1 from experienced parties interested in providing catering services at the Colac Regional Saleyards. Purpose The purpose of this EOI is to identify suitable operator/s who can provide quality food and beverage services during stock sales days, dairy and store sales, and potentially other days, enhancing the overall experience for visitors and stakeholders. Scope The scope includes: Provision of catering services at the Colac Regional Saleyards during stock sales days (each Thursday) Provision of catering services during dairy and store sales on the first Friday of each month Provision of catering services on other days, where required Instructions to Tenderers The invitation to submit the EOI document can be downloaded from Council's online submission portal (eProcure) at www.eprocure.com.au/colacotway. Submissions must be lodged via the online eProcure web portal only. Late, posted or emailed submissions will not be considered.
