We are writing regarding, Contract No. 2025/255 - St James Park Surface Renewal. which has a submission deadline of 29/05/2026. We appreciate the opportunity to participate in this tender process and have been diligently preparing our proposal. As a part of our company policy to hire and give opportunity to local vendors, we have spent considerable time in identifying reliable local vendors for various works in the market. This has resulted in some delays in getting competitive quotes from the market. Thus, citing above said reason we won’t be able to submit our proposal within the stipulated timelines and sincerely regret the same. However, we are eager to participate in this tender given our expertise and having proved ourselves in the relevant works in the past. We kindly request an extension of the tender submission deadline by two weeks, until 12/06/2026.
