About this tender
Overview The City of Monash (Council) is seeking responses to this Request for Tender for the supply, implementation and support of a data centre hardware refresh. The contract is for a term of three (3) years. Scope The scope includes: Supply of two HPE Alletra Storage MP B10100 systems, or equivalent alternatives, for Council's primary Fujitsu DC and secondary NextDC facilities Design of the solution Installation and configuration of the systems Migration to the new systems Testing of the systems Training Operational handover Contract Terms and Conditions The contract term is three (3) years Both systems must be fully operational and accepted by 18 December 2026 Information Requested Respondents are to complete the "Compliance" and "Supplier response / reference" columns (where appropriate) for all requirements outlined in the tender document. Any additional supporting material must be clearly identified in the "Supplier response / reference" column, including page and/or section details for the relevant requirement All sections must be completed with an appropriate response: C = Complies, CWA = Complies with Amendment, or DNC = Does Not Comply Respondents must state whether each requirement is available as an out-of-the-box feature or requires a non-standard amendment For any amendment, details of the development roadmap and associated timelines must be provided Enquiries Etenderbox Contact: Kimberley Balson Email: kimberley.balson@monash.vic.gov.au
