About this advance notice

Overview The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) intends to release a Request for Tender (RFT) for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Maintenance Services at DEECA Regional Sites. The Department is seeking tender submissions from a suitably qualified organisation with relevant experience to provide these services. Scope Provision of heating, ventilation and air conditioning maintenance services for DEECA's regional Victorian properties Contract Terms and Conditions Contracted term of 3 years plus one 24-month option, commencing 1 May 2027 Instructions to Tenderers The opportunity to submit proposals for this work will be provided via a formal RFT process. It is anticipated that the RFT will be issued from 8 October 2026. Tender documentation will be made available for download from the Buying for Victoria website at www.tenders.vic.gov.au once the tender has been formally issued.
