Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced parties interested in providing catering services at the Colac Regional Saleyards. The purpose of this EOI is to identify suitable operator/s who can provide quality food and beverage services during stock sales days and potentially on other days, enhancing the overall experience for visitors and stakeholders.
