Overview Campaspe Shire Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified contractors for the processing and/or an alternative solution for green waste received at its Resource Recovery Centres (RRC). About Campaspe Shire Council's Resource Recovery Centres receive about 1,700 tonnes (6,989m³) of green waste annually. This green waste comes from the public and council operations and has historically been stored onsite at the RRCs until the volume is such that it requires mulching.
