Overview The Rural City of Wangaratta is seeking a single contractor for the collection, transport, recycling and reporting of mattresses and soft furnishings removed from its Transfer Station. About The Rural City of Wangaratta currently receives approximately 1300 mattress and soft furnishings items annually at the Wangaratta Transfer Station, Sanford Road, Wangaratta. Scope The scope includes the following key services in relation to acceptance and processing of mattresses and soft furnishings at the Wangaratta Transfer Station: Collection of mattresses and soft furnishings from the Wangaratta Transfer Station Transport of mattresses and soft furnishings from the Wangaratta Transfer Station Recycling of mattresses and soft furnishings Reporting on the quantities of mattresses and soft furnishings collected, transported and recycled All tasks and associated costs of undertaking collection, transport, recycling and reporting at the Wangaratta Transfer Station are included within this scope. Contract Terms and Conditions Contract period of two years, with two possible 12-month extensions
