Hard Waste Collections Services

Overview The City of Monash is inviting tenders for the provision of Booked Hard Waste Collection Services (Part A) and Dumped Rubbish Collection Services (Part B). Scope The scope includes: Part A: a responsive collection and disposal service for booked hard waste Part A: customer service for customer bookings and resolving collection issues, where this is included in the submitted pricing Part A: use of the contractor's online booking platform, which Council may choose to use Part B: a responsive collection and disposal service for dumped rubbish Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced contractor required for Part A Suitably qualified and experienced contractor required for Part B Contractor must have an online booking platform If the same contractor is awarded both Part A and Part B, separate collection vehicles must be used for each part Contract Terms and Conditions Schedule of rates arrangement Initial term of five (5) years Council has the option to extend the contract for one (1) further period of two (2) years, at its sole discretion Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers are requested to provide pricing for three service options for Part A.
