Operation and Management of the Ultima Compost Facility

Overview Swan Hill Rural City Council is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified operator to manage the Ultima Compost Facility and establish a financially sustainable, commercially viable and environmentally responsible composting operation. Scope The scope includes: Receipt and processing of organic waste materials, including Council's Food Organics and Garden Organics (FOGO) kerbside collection material and green waste feedstocks Production, marketing and sale of compost products Development of end markets for compost products Management of the Facility's day-to-day operations Contractor Requirements Experience and suitable qualifications in operating a composting facility Compliance with all relevant legislative, regulatory and environmental requirements
