Overview Wellington Shire Council invites a suitably qualified and experienced consultant, or consultant team, to fulfil this contract for the Kilmany Cell 4 Construction CQA and GITA Process. Scope The scope includes: Specification, documentation, and costing certification of works required to construct the Kilmany Cell 4 Project Geotechnical inspection and testing authority (GITA) processes for the 2026-200 Kilmany Landfill Cell 4 Construction Works Construction quality assurance (CQA) processes for the 2026-200 Kilmany Landfill Cell 4 Construction Works Contract Terms and Conditions Practical completion date: 30 July 2027 Instructions to Tenderers All tenderers must register with the Council and obtain the tender documents, which are available from the eProcure website: www.eprocure.com.au/wellingtonshirecouncil All tender submissions must be lodged electronically through the eProcure portal. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Late or facsimile tenders will not be accepted. All questions and requests for clarification regarding the tender must be submitted through the eProcure portal. Council will not respond to questions received through any other communication channel.
