Overview Breese Pitt Dixon, in conjunction with Greater Western Water, is intending to release a Request for Tender in August 2026 for the Kimberley Estate – Skyline External Watermain. Scope The scope includes: Construction of approximately 1,992 metres of DN 450 MSCL and DN 560 PE100mm potable watermain, forming part of the ultimate water supply for Kimberley Estate – The Skyline, Sunbury, for Raes Road Pty Ltd A small component of 125mm PE100 watermain associated with this project The works relate to Greater Western Water Reference No. LND/22/01906. Contractor Requirements Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category WC1 (Reticulation Watermains < DN 280) Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category WC2 (Distribution Watermains > DN 280)
