Overview City of Kingston is seeking suitably qualified and experienced landscape architecture consultants to deliver the design and documentation of a package of five playground renewal projects across the municipality. Scope The scope includes: Design and documentation of five playground renewal projects: Adelong Court Playground, Scotch Parade Playground, Iluka Reserve Playground, Leonard Close Playground, and Meppel Drive Playground Concept design (where required) Preparation of community engagement materials Detailed design Cost planning Accessibility and compliance assessments Preparation of tender documentation Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in landscape architecture consultancy services Ability to develop innovative, inclusive, and accessible playground designs Designs must align with Council's Play Your Way Strategy 2023, relevant Australian Standards, and project budget requirements Instructions to Tenderers Submissions must be lodged prior to the nominated tender closing date and time. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. All clarification questions must be submitted no later than four (4) days prior to the RFQ closing date.
