About this tender
Development Victoria intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced landscape contractor to deliver streetscape landscaping works in Stages 42, 43, 45 and 48 in Riverwalk, Werribee. Works involve the supply and installation of street trees and instant turf. The works will be established and maintained for 24 months following council acceptance at practical completion. The landscaping and maintenance works are proposed to be delivered via four separable portions, including: Stage 42 - 60 lots Stage 43 - 73 lots Stage 45 - 61 lots Stage 48 - 42 lots The RFP will be released via a selective tender process to bidders with suitable capability and experience. The tender is anticipated to be released via the Buying for Victoria Supplier Portal in July. The successful bidder will be appointed under a modified AS2124 contract. Bidders should be aware that this procurement is subject to the Local Jobs First Policy, Major Project Skills Guarantee and Social Procurement Framework.
