Overview The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) invites Expressions of Interest for the appointment of a Master Caterer to deliver catering services across NGV International and The Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia, as well as The Fox: NGV Contemporary upon its anticipated opening. Scope The scope includes: Retail food and beverage operations Event and function catering Hospitality experiences Associated visitor engagement initiatives across the Gallery's premier dining destinations Instructions to Tenderers This Expression of Interest (EOI) forms the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. Respondents shortlisted through the EOI process will be invited to participate in the subsequent Request for Tender (RFT).
