Overview The Borough of Queenscliffe (BOQ) is seeking to engage a suitably experienced and qualified Head Contractor to deliver conservation, remediation, and associated civil and landscape works at the Point Lonsdale Lighthouse Reserve (PLLHR). Objectives The project is located in an area of cultural heritage sensitivity. Works must deliver high-value, low-impact heritage outcomes aligned with best-practice conservation principles. Scope The Contractor's scope of works will include, but is not limited to: Structural repair and preservation of the historical defence structure, the Directing and Ranging station, inclusive of an integrated new viewing platform/deck Structural repair and preservation of the historical defence structure, the Eastern Searchlight Emplacement External restoration and perimeter paving of the historical Rocket Shed building
