Austin Health is pleased to invite you to respond to this Pre-qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). Austin Health is seeking a supplier who can deliver Pulse Field Ablation Equipment, in addition to ongoing service and maintenance for the life of the equipment. The aim of the questionnaire is to: Identify the number of suppliers in the Australian market Identify a supply who can offer these types of equipment Idenitfy a supplier who has demonstrable experience in the Health Sector. Identify financing and pricing models available Following the evaluation of the PQQ submissions, suitable suppliers maybe shortlisted and invited to respond to a formal Invitation to Supply (ITS).
