About this tender
Indigo Shire Council is seeking a competent consultant to complete a Feasibility Study and Aquatics Strategy for its five outdoor seasonal swimming pools. Indigo Shire Council has five outdoor seasonal swimming pools in Beechworth, Chiltern, Rutherglen, Tangambalanga, and Yackandandah. The pools are open to the public between November and April and management is currently outsourced. Due to the age and condition of the assets, the rising costs of operations and a gradual decline in visitation, Indigo Shire Council is undertaking a process to review its investment in aquatic services. Council has developed a three-step process to guide this review, which has been outlined below: 1. Asset Audit and Condition Report (Completed) 2. Feasibility Study 3. Aquatics Strategy Indigo Shire is seeking quotes to complete the Feasibility Study and Aquatics Strategy. Step 1 has been completed and will be provided to the appointed contractor to inform steps 2 and 3.
