Overview Austin Health is seeking a specialist provider to undertake a Pathology Logistics Discovery Review, establishing a reliable starting point for future improvement. The engagement is a focused discovery review, not the commencement of a transformation program and not the validation of a predetermined solution. Scope The engagement is limited to a discovery review. It does not include: Detailed solution design Implementation Procurement of operational services Legal advice Engineering design System implementation Any further work beyond the discovery review would be subject to separate approval and engagement.
