Overview The City of Kingston is seeking qualified contractors to deliver the upgrade of the cricket net facility at Roy Dore Reserve. Scope The scope includes: Demolition of existing cricket net infrastructure Construction of a new concrete slab with a fourth cricket lane Installation of Cricket Australia-approved synthetic turf Installation of new fencing and netting Conversion of the facility into a multi-purpose space incorporating futsal and netball facilities Provision of AFL goal post storage Provision of synthetic cover storage cages Reinstatement of affected areas Contractor Requirements All works must be completed in accordance with City of Kingston specifications and relevant Australian Standards Tender Briefing and Site Inspection Tenderers must attend one of the two mandatory site inspection sessions scheduled as part of this tender process. Attendance at a site inspection is a mandatory requirement of participation. Failure to attend one of the nominated inspections will result in the tender being deemed non-conforming and excluded from further evaluation. Instructions to Tenderers Submissions must be lodged prior to the nominated tender closing date and time. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. All clarification questions must be submitted no later than four (4) days prior to the RFQ closing date. All tender-related queries must be submitted via the online forum.
