Overview This is an Advance Tender Notice to receive notification from parties interested in tendering for this project. The Victorian School Building Authority is intending to release a Request for Tender in July 2026 for the School Hall refurbishment into a Student Centre at Northern College of the Arts and Technology, located at 62 Murray Road, Preston. Scope The scope includes: Development of a student centre Refurbishment and optimisation of the space at the rear of the existing school hall to accommodate the student centre Eligibility Respondents must have a current CSR Registration under the category New Commercial Construction Prequalification, level amount no less than $1,500,000 Instructions to Tenderers Parties interested in tendering for this project must email their company details to vsba.project.delivery@education.vic.gov.au to be considered for tendering. The email subject heading should be clearly marked ATN-SF-7300-NCAT-25 for Victorian School Building Authority. A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued. It is expected that approximately four tenderers will be invited. The VSBA will decide which firms are to be invited to submit a tender, based on the firm's experience, capability, and capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.
