Overview The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the Southern Road Reserve Sports Lighting Upgrade at Acacia Avenue, Mentone. Scope The scope includes: Removal of the existing sports lighting infrastructure Installation of Council-supplied lighting poles and luminaires Provision of new cabling and conduits Switchboard modifications Installation of a power bollard and Halytech monitoring system Delivery of all associated documentation, including as-installed drawings and a LUX report Site Inspection Attendance at one of the nominated mandatory site inspections is a condition of tendering. Only tenderers who attend a nominated site inspection will be eligible to submit a tender. Instructions to Tenderers Submissions must be lodged before the nominated closing date and time, with late submissions not accepted All enquiries and requests for clarification must be submitted via the online forum no later than four (4) business days prior to the tender closing date
