Overview Monash Health is seeking responses to this Invitation to Supply (ITS) with the intention of appointing a preferred supplier to provide temperature management equipment and support services. Monash Health reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine which of its departments, related services, participating health services and related body corporates become a party to any contract awarded subsequent to this ITS. Monash Health does not make any representations regarding the volume or quantities likely to be purchased pursuant to any subsequent contract. Scope The scope includes: Supply and support of Temperature Management Systems to Monash Health Provision of costings for all deliverables, consumables and maintenance Contract Terms and Conditions Prices provided are to remain fixed for the term of the contract All prices must be firm and valid for acceptance within 120 days of the Closing Date of this ITS Indicative Timeframe RFT Release Date: 17 August 2026 End of clarification questions: 25 August RFP Closing Time: 10:00pm 28 August Potential clinical trials (if required): 21 to 25 September Vendor selection and negotiations: End September Contract/Transition commencement date: Mid October Instructions to Tenderers All tenders must be submitted via the Oracle Fusion portal. Suppliers will need to register on Fusion to obtain tender documents and respond to the tender. Please ensure you do not duplicate registration of your organisation.
