Overview Macedon Ranges Shire Council is seeking to establish a panel of suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) maintenance, repair, emergency response, minor renewal works and associated specialist services across Council-owned and managed facilities. Scope The panel will provide services on an as-required basis across a diverse portfolio of Council buildings, including: HVAC maintenance services HVAC repair services Emergency response services for HVAC systems Minor HVAC renewal works Associated specialist HVAC services Services will be delivered across the following facility types: Offices and administration buildings Community centres Libraries Kindergartens and childcare facilities Sporting pavilions Aquatic facilities Public amenities Depots and workshops Heritage buildings Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in providing HVAC maintenance, repair, emergency response and minor renewal works
