Council invites suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to submit a Tender for the Redevelopment of Council’s Splatt Street Office. Council intends to renew the office to create a modern, inclusive and future-ready workplace that reflects Council’s organisational values and supports effective service delivery to the community. Phase 1: The overall modernisation and refurbishment of the Swan Hill Rural City Council Office, is to be planned, designed and undertaken in phases so the facility can remain operational. Phase 1 will be the public facing, Councillor and Executive areas of the building. Swan Hill Rural City Council (Council) is seeking to redevelop its Corporate Office located at 45 Splatt Street, Swan Hill VIC 3585, creating a modern, inclusive, and future-ready workplace that reflects Council's organisational values and supports effective service delivery. This project responds to staff feedback and longstanding workplace limitations, including outdated infrastructure, poor accessibility, and barriers to collaboration. The redevelopment will deliver a reimagined front-of-house customer service area, improved amenities, greater access to natural light, and support for hybrid work. It will also address occupational health and safety risks and support a shift toward open, flexible working environments.
