About this tender
The purpose of this Contract is for Council to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor or Contractors to provide Essential Safety Measures (ESM) services to Portable Fire Equipment and Fixed Fire Systems & Fire Integrity Inspections for 183 Council buildings including main administrative buildings, facility centres, Aqualink, sports and leisure centres, and community centres throughout the municipality. Part 1 - To provide inspection, testing and maintenance of portable fire equipment including installation, testing maintenance and repair services for Council owned buildings and other sites. Part 2 - To provide inspection, testing and maintenance of Fixed Fire Equipment including installation, testing maintenance and repair services for Council owned buildings and other sites.
