Overview The Country Fire Authority (CFA) is tendering for rectification works to the existing Off Road Driver Training Track (ORDTT) at the VEMTC Huntly Campus. CFA plans to release an Open Tender for this project. About The existing ORDTT includes 9 props used for training CFA volunteers and personnel from other government authorities in the use of off-road vehicles. Scope The scope of this tender covers rectification works to the existing track, including works on the following props: Cross Slope prop: alteration of the existing cross slope prop to incorporate 2 lanes rather than the existing 1 lane, including additional support to the rear batter and resurfacing with a cement treated crushed rock finish Moguls Prop: provision of a new prop with a mix of crushed rock and formed insitu concrete moguls Incline Hill: provision of a new HD concrete pavement driveable surface over the existing incline hill Sand Prop: topping up of high silica sand to the existing sand prop Rock Prop: reconstruction of the rock prop to provide concrete footings under the main groupings of rocks Sundry track works Contractor Requirements Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements is mandatory Compliance with Industrial Relations Management requirements is mandatory Contract Terms and Conditions Applicable government policies affecting this procurement include: Directions and Instructions for Public Construction Procurement Supplier Code of Conduct
