The Opportunity East Grampians Health Service (EGHS) is responsible for providing health related services to the Grampians Region of Western Victoria. EGHS has campuses in Ararat and Willaura and through the Rural Health Infrastructure Fund 2025 received funding to undertake a significant redevelopment of the Willaura Campus.
