About this tender
Overview Mornington Peninsula Shire Council invites organisations to tender for the delivery of social connection, recreation and belonging programs for young people aged 12-25 years across the Mornington Peninsula. Scope One or more providers are sought to deliver free (to youth), inclusive and low-barrier programs aligned to the following service streams: Facilitated social connection, recreation and interest-based programs Outreach, pop-up engagement and mobile activation pilot Youth Hub drop-in, hangout and school holiday activation Instructions to Tenderers Tender documents must be obtained after registration Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box, with respondents receiving a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion
