Accesible Toilet Upgrades - Durham Road School

Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education, is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Accessible Toilet Upgrade works at Durham Road School. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to the following: Site fencing Service scanning Dilapidation report ACM works Accessible toilet upgrade works Making good all impacted areas Contractor Requirements All materials and installation must be supplied and carried out in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings, and all contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by tenderers prior to submission of their tender. Site Inspection A mandatory site visit will be held at Durham Road School. Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
