Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education (DOE), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake accessible toilet upgrades to various toilet blocks at Kenwick Primary School. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Demolition works Construction works Building services works Fit-out works Specialist installations Testing and commissioning Associated make-good works, as detailed in the appendices Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in undertaking accessible toilet upgrade works of this type Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit and mandatory site briefing will be held at Kenwick Primary School. Date: 13 August 2026 Time: 11:00 AM Location: 1 Moore St, Kenwick WA 6107 Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
