Overview Greatland Pty Ltd (WA) is seeking a suitable contractor for the construction of Conveyor Boxcut No.2 as part of the Havieron Project, a brownfields gold-copper development. The proposed Havieron Boxcut No.2 is a critical infrastructure component that will provide safe, efficient, and reliable access and egress for underground heavy haulage and ancillary vehicles. The tunnel for the boxcut will subsequently house a conveyor that will transport ore from underground to an above ground stacker and Run of Mine pad. Scope The project covers site preparation works for the construction and installation of company supplied precast concrete arches, which will be placed into position on poured concrete footings within the excavated boxcut decline. The scope includes: Bulk earthworks for the excavation of the boxcut decline Civil, structural and concrete works associated with a tunnel Lifting and placement of precast concrete arches Preparation and pouring of concrete footings Bulk earthworks for backfilling the boxcut decline once arches are installed Instructions to Tenderers Specific scope requirements will be communicated to suitable contractors via an Invitation to Tender.
