Scope The scope includes: Review of the endorsed schematic design for the Kardinya Sports Association changeroom upgrade Detailed design services Preparation of tender documentation Construction stage technical support Provision of all labour, intellectual property, supervision, administration, and research necessary to carry out the services required under the proposed contract Payment of all fees, charges, and other disbursements necessary to carry out the services required under the proposed contract Optional superintendent services, which may be included at the City of Melville's discretion and subject to separate written approval Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in providing architectural consultancy services
