Overview The City of Kwinana is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to carry out conservation, construction, maintenance and minor capital works to four heritage cottages across three sites. Scope The scope includes: Conservation works to four heritage cottages across three sites Construction works to four heritage cottages across three sites Maintenance works to four heritage cottages across three sites Minor capital works to four heritage cottages across three sites Tender Briefing and Site Inspection Attendance at the mandatory site briefing is a requirement of this opportunity. Failure to attend will render a submission ineligible to quote. Date: Wednesday 12 August 2026 Time: 10.00 am Location: Smirks Cottage, 2 Beacham Cres, Medina WA (City of Kwinana Depot is in the same location), then Sloans Cottage, Sloan Drive, Leda WA Mandatory: Yes The briefing will provide respondents with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the contact person prior to the closing of the RFQ. At the briefing, respondents may be requested to submit appropriate questions in writing following the meeting, to be formally addressed in the briefing clarification or addendum letter.
