About this tender
The Shire of Manjimup are seeking Expressions of Interests from local community groups, organisations and businesses interested in displaying promotional banners on the fixed banner poles located along Giblett Street, Manjimup. As part of Council's commitment to fostering vibrant, welcoming and connected communities, the banner program provides an opportunity to promote local festivals, events, community initiatives and other activities that enhance the social, cultural and economic life of the Shire of Manjimup. The banners are displayed annually from October to June, weather dependent. Please note that a limited number of placements are available. Banner Pole Sponsorship Details: Banners are exclusively for the promotion and marketing of the Shire, local events and activities, and/or celebrate significant public holidays. Banners displaying private or commercial advertising, must be contained to no more than 30% of the total banner space. Sponsorship terms are available for either one (1) or three (3) seasons (refer to pricing below). The Shire will manage printing, installation, removal, cleaning, and storage of the banners for the sponsorship period. Design costs (including provision of a print-ready PDF) are not included and remain the responsibility of the applicant. Designs are to be submitted and approved to the Shire prior to print.
