Overview The Shire of Menzies is seeking submissions from suitably experienced caterers to provide catering for the 2026 Community Christmas Party. Scope The scope includes: Provision of catering services for the 2026 Community Christmas Party at the Council Town Hall, Menzies Catering for the event on Thursday, 17 December 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Catering for an expected attendance of approximately 100 people Information Requested Submissions should include: Proposed menu and style of service Dietary options (e.g., vegetarian, gluten free) A total price and cost per head (including GST), stating what is included (e.g., staffing, equipment, crockery, set-up and clean-up) Details of relevant catering experience and qualifications Instructions to Tenderers Submissions must be received by 4:00 PM, Friday, 13 November 2026 and can be: Emailed to dceo@menzies.wa.gov.au Delivered to Shire Administration Office, Lot 124 Shenton Street, Menzies Posted to PO Box 4, Menzies WA 6436 Enquiries For more information, please contact the Shire administration office on (08) 9024-2041.
